Rémy Sijbrant

Rémy Sijbrant has been working in construction since 1987. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a major in physiology and a minor in chemistry, intending to become a neurosurgeon. But over the course of several summers spent working in residential construction, he realized he gets tremendous satisfaction from designing and building homes that delight their owners. In 1995 he decided to follow this calling and opened Rémy’s Quality Construction.

Rémy is a finish carpenter by trade and brings a fine carpenter’s attention to detail and design in every job, resulting in the majority of our clients returning to us when they want to make additional changes to their home.

Rémy’s Quality Construction specializes in high-end residential and commercial remodeling and additions. Our guiding philosophy is to provide quality work at a reasonable price. Our 20+ employees each specialize in some aspect of construction: plumbing, electrical
work, finish carpentry, painting, etc. Having an in-house workforce
 enables us to keep costs on-budget, ensures all work is performed to the same high quality standard, and lets us keep project schedules completely under control.

We understand that a renovation or new construction project can be overwhelming. For most of us, our home is our most valuable asset,
and upgrading it is a huge investment. It’s also a major investment in
time and energy; a project can take weeks or months, with literally
hundreds of decisions to be made. Our depth of experience in and innovative approach to choosing design configurations and materials maximizes value to our clients, and our skilled project management minimizes delays and stress. It’s our goal to deliver not only a superior product and service, but to also act as our client’s advocate and always operate with their best interests in mind. We always strive to surpass client expectations; and our hundreds of happy repeat customers are the best proof that we succeed.
